In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-I/DOF5/P/CIR/2021/624 dated August 13, 2021, Finatrium India Pvt. Ltd. publishes this Investor Charter as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-226762).

Services Provided
As an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, Finatrium provides the following services:
- Distribution of Mutual Fund schemes across AMCs
- Goal-based financial planning and portfolio review
- Distribution of NPS, Bonds, ETFs, and Insurance products
- Equity trading facilitation through Finfiniti Square LLP
- Tax planning consultancy and loan facilitation
Rights of Investors
- Right to receive clear and accurate information about products and charges
- Right to receive a copy of the KYC acknowledgment
- Right to receive account statements regularly
- Right to lodge complaints and receive timely resolution
- Right to know the commission/remuneration received by the distributor
- Right to exit from schemes without exit load after specified period
- Right to nominate beneficiaries for their investments
Responsibilities of Investors
- Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing
- Provide complete and accurate KYC information
- Do not share login credentials, OTPs, or passwords with anyone
- Regularly monitor your portfolio and account statements
- Update contact details with AMC/RTA immediately upon change
- Lodge complaints through proper channels if dissatisfied
